What is Chiropractic Care?

Chiropractic adjustments involve the use of hands or a small instrument (we use an activator) by trained specialists (chiropractors) to apply a controlled, sudden force to a spinal joint. A chiropractic adjustment, also known as spinal manipulation, is meant to improve your body's physical function.

Adjusting the spine relieves pressure put on nerves by misaligned vertebrae (subluxations).  By correcting these subluxations, we allow the nervous system to function without interference.  This encourages the body's own self-regulating, self-healing properties to maximize your health potential.
